Shipping Policy
- Orders will be packed & shipped on Monday – Friday only, excluding Malaysia National holidays.
- For in-stock items, it will be shipped within 1- 3 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and National holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
- Free shipping within Malaysia is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 100 and above. Order below RM100 will be charged for RM10.00 shipping fee.
- We do not deliver to P.O boxes
- No free shipping outside Malaysia, it will be charged according to the designated country.
- Please note that Taiwan shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- For the Taiwan , shipping will be charge MYR50 for the first (Kg) and thereafter every 500g will be charged additional MYR10.
Refund Policy
- Goods sold are not refundable / returnable, unless due to manufacturing defect occurred.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Buyers must handle the return postage of the defected product.
We will either replace a new product or exchange refund
