- Should you appoint a representative to receive the delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure the appropriate person is present to sign for the Products delivered.
- If no one is present and a missed delivery happens, we will leave you a notification either by phone or email and schedule the re-delivery. We reserve the right to charge you a special re-delivery fee depending on your location.
- We will not be responsible for any Products, which are lost in delivery or damaged during the transition or otherwise not received.

Payment
- What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We only offer online banking. - Can I make payments using direct bank transfer / ATM Transfer / Meet Up / Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any of these services for the time being. Currently we only offer IPAY88. - What if I am unable to complete payment?
Orders with pending status will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours. Please email us with your order number at takaso@takaso.com. Our customer service will get in touch with you as soon as possible during office hours. - How do I apply my store credit/coupon code?
On the ‘Checkout’ page, you will see the ‘voucher code’ column. Just type the code into the column and click ‘Add’. The total amount will automatically be deducted with the discount amount of that coupon code and you can proceed with payment. - Why might my credit card be declined?
Your credit card may be declined for any of the following reasons:- Your card may have expired. Verify the validity of your card.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Delivery
- How long will my order take to arrive and what are the delivery charges?
Your parcel will be delivered within 3-5 business days to either your home or an alternative address. In checkout, you can change the delivery address or add a new one. During peak season and sale, the delivery process might take a little longer. - Can I track my order?
Your order status is constantly updated. To track your order, go to “Order” section of your account, select the order which you like to know about the shipping status. Inside the order detail page, you will find the statement at the top which states that your order is shipped by which carrier provider together with the tracking number. Below the statement is a tracking button named “Track”, click on it and you will be navigated to a new window that displays the shipping status of your order.
Returns
If in the rare event of receiving faulty Product, simply fill up our Replacement Form and send the Product back to us. Download our Replacement Form here. Please keep in mind that the Products must be returned 5 days from the date you received your parcel, or it will not be entertained.
- How do I replace a Product?
We only receive Return Products by post/courier.
Kindly fill up our Replacement Form and mail back the Product to us via a traceable delivery method to the following address:

- Do I have to pay anything to return my Products?
No, you are not required to pay any fees if the products are faulty. Sin Sing Coffee will bear all the cost. However, this is only limited to return within Malaysia. - Where can I find my receipt?
Please refer to the completed order e-mail you received when your order has been completed (meaning out of delivery). Please remember that the receipt is necessary for returning or exchanging Products. - How long do I have to return a Product?
All returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your parcel, or it will not be entertained. - How will I receive my refund?
We do not offer any refund. Instead you are entitled for replacement if there are damaged or defective to the products. - When will I receive my replacement?
Once we received the return products, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the return has been approved. You will receive your replacement products after 3 – 5 days once we received the return products.
